Spout House is a small farmhouse bed and breakfast situated in the perfect position to explore The Lake District, Cumbria and the Yorkshire Moors.

Just minutes off the M6, we offer individually decorated rooms, stunning views of the local countryside and a sumptuous breakfast sourced locally (including our own chickens!). Run as a 'boutique' B&B, hosts David and Justine will always provide a warm welcome and make your stay as comfortable as possible. 

We are minutes from the farmers town of Kirkby Lonsdale a picturesque town with walks along Ruskins View and Devils Bridge. At the back of Spout House is easy access to Farleton Knot, perfect for walkers and mountain bikers. Further afield are Ingleton Falls, Windermere, Coniston and Kendal with their wealth of visitor attractions.

This is a farmhouse so expect to see chickens, dogs, sheep and a horse wandering around - ok, not quite wandering, but they are all nosy!
